This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which you can claim a refund for a purchase made on fixmyspreadsheet.live (the “Site”).

Conditions

Our Refund Policy lasts 30 days and covers only changes of mind regarding fee-paying digital products or fee-paying files (“Eligible Items”). Within 30 days following the order, if no Eligible Item is downloaded, the Eligible Item can be refunded. However, as soon as a download link is used,  we cannot offer you any refund.

To get your refund, you must contact us within this 30-day time frame through the contact information below and provide us with your order confirmation email or invoice. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Late Or Missing Items

Direct download links are provided immediately after successful payment of any fee-paying items. As such,  no email delivery is required to download fee-paying items.

Please allow 15 minutes to receive your free download link(s) for free items. After checking your spam folder, if no email has been delivered after 15 minutes, please order again using a different email provider. Please note that free items can be ordered only one item at a time.
